The Seiser Alm extends directly above Seis am Schlern: steeped in the forces of nature and the nuances of the seasons, Europe’s largest high pasture is a haven par excellence. So too is the Schlern massif that rises watchfully above it – rightly declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as soon becomes clear from its profile. The cable car up to the Seiser Alm is also less than a five-minute walk from the Hotel Waldrast Dolomiti. And once you are up there? A truly new world opens up, one for walking, adventuring, experiencing, feeling or savouring – as you will. Wide pastures, rolling hills and pale grey rocky giants all offer both fascination and relaxation all year round – and form the natural setting for a holiday at the Hotel Waldrast Dolomiti.

  • 450 kilometres of walking trails for every level of fitness
