Heat therapy not only frees the airways and unblocks the pores, it also clears the mind while cleansing the skin – as well as the soul. Whether at a temperature of 80-90°C and 5-15% humidity in the Finnish sauna; 42-45°C and 100% humidity in the steam sauna; 55-65°C and 15-30% humidity in the bio sauna; or heated by the infrared rays of the infrared cabin – the Forest Spa can offer the right heat treatment for everyone.

Sit there as if weightlessly, massaged by the fine jets as you let your spirit float. The two hot tubs at the Hotel Waldrast Dolomiti offer both physical and mental relaxation, as well as moments of deep calm at a heat of 30-36°C – whether outdoors or indoors. Or even directly in your room!

One outdoor pool

The heated outdoor pool is 14 metres in length and heated to 26-28°C, offering welcome refreshment every summer in the large garden of the Hotel Waldrast Dolomiti. Whether early in the morning, during the day or in the evening, you can take a dip, immerse yourself and above all... let yourself be carried away!
