A true gem set in one of the most beautiful locations in South Tyrol. In Seis am Schlern, at the edge of the forest and yet only a stone’s throw away from the village. For over 90 years, the Waldrast has been a special retreat, characterised by its serenity, warm hospitality and zest for life. It is our wish to keep it this way going forward. Alongside our renovation works, we are setting new standards aimed at placing greater emphasis on our guests’ individuality. From June 2025, 15 new apartments will complement our cosy rooms. These deluxe hideaways guarantee maximum privacy and freedom on holiday.

At the Waldrast, the day begins with a hearty breakfast. This can be enjoyed either on the terrace overlooking the mountains on warm days or in the cosy and bright breakfast bistro during the cooler months. In the evening, we are happy to welcome you to our restaurant offering a small yet exquisite menu of delicately prepared à la carte dishes - high-quality and simply delicious.

Relax on a comfy lounger and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin or snuggle up in our new, stylish pool house. Glide through our heated pool from indoors to outdoors, swim lengths or just go with the flow. Oh, life can be so beautiful. The same goes for a relaxing session in the panorama sauna, a pampering massage or  beauty treatment in the forest spa, or even a nap in the relaxation room. And since balance also has to do with opposites and relaxation is best achieved after exercise, our new gym offers state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment as well as a yoga space.
